Project Description

Skin & Scalp Rejuvenation

Mesotherapy is a broad term used to describe the process of delivering active ingredients into the middle layer of the skin.

Mesotherapy has gained popularity as a non-invasive, no downtime procedure to treat a variety of cosmetic concerns. The most popular indication for mesotherapy is anti-ageing, the skin will appear smoother, softer and more youthful after each mesotherapy session.

If you are noticing aged, sagging skin with poor skin texture then mesotherapy is the treatment for you. Mesotherapy can also assist with various pigmentation disorders when combined with additional depigmentation treatments.
We have also seen promising results in assisting with hair loss.
Mesotherapy can be done using very short fine needles to inject actives into the dermis or mesotherapy cocktails can be combined with your medical needling treatment to enhance results.

The skin condition will start to improve from the first session and may be visible from the second and third treatment. It is important to finish your treatment sessions for full results.

“Once you see results, It becomes an addiction.”

When mesotherpay is performed by a reputable skincare professional the risks diminish significantly.  If the mesotherapy cocktail is being administered via the injection technique there is the possibility of bruising.

The Procedure

Your doctor or skincare professional will examine the area you wish to treat. After examination you will be advised on the amount of sessions required and your cocktail of active ingredients will be mixed up according to your skin concerns.

It is important to be transparent during the consultation and disclose your full medical history and any chronic medications you may be taking.

The area will be cleaned prior to the treatment. Once the mesotherapy cocktail has been mixed it will be administered into the skin either via tiny injections or combined with your medical needling procedure. It is recommended to leave the mesotherapy solution on the skin until the following morning for best results.
After your treatment, your skin may be sensitive and you should avoid using perfumed creams and moisturisers, as this can irritate the skin. However, you will be provided with enough topical cream for your recovery period.
