To help me answer your questions, I need you to provide as much relevant information as possible. Photographs are always helpful for me to directly asses your complaints.

I will attempt to respond to your email as promptly as I can, however bear in mind that I operate and consult with patients during the day. Most of my correspondence is therefore done at night. It may take me a day or two to answer. If you require a more urgent response I am sure my assistant Anelda would be able to assist you.
