Breast reduction surgery is sometimes the answer for ladies with large breasts
who visit my offices complaining of medical problems caused by the
excessive weight of their breasts. These problems can vary from chronic

improve the quality of these patients' lives, and I find this operation
one of the most gratifying cosmetic surgery procedures.
Breast reduction in South Africa is performed under general anaesthetic,
with a projected initial recovery period of 12 days. Most patients

also removed. The vertical mastopexy (also known as the lollipop
technique), however, is my preferred technique in most breast reductions
- although it is restricted to more moderately oversized breasts.
Drainage tubes may be inserted temporarily. You will need to ease

to recuperate before putting strain or pressure onto your upper
